Adding Stock Images to your Image Browser
If you are running a licensed version of Jamroom, and have installed the Jamroom Bonus Pack, then one of the features that is added is the "Image Browser" - this small popup is used throughout the Control Panel to allow an Artist or Member to select an image that is currently being used in another section of their Artist / Member Page, and select for use on a new Song, Video, Event, etc.
One of the features of the Image Browser, that is not enabled by default, is the ability to provide "stock" images to your users for use on their Artist and Member pages. Adding stock images is very easy:
- Create a directory within your jamroom/images directory called "gallery":
jamroom/images/gallery
- Next, upload any images that you would like to make available to your users INTO this new directory. It is recommended that the images have a dimension of around 640x480, so the images when resized by Jamroom, for the most part, will look crisp and sharp.
That's it - add as many different Gallery Images as you would like for your users.
