One of the powerful features of Jamroom is the ability for a single User Account to administer multiple Artist Accounts. To do this, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your Jamroom as the Master Admin, and from within the Master Admin Menu, choose the “Modify User” option
- Select the user you wish to modify.
- In the middle of the Modify User form, you will see a large click-able button that says "Assign Artist Accounts to this User". Click on that large button and a pop-up window will appear with Artist Names listed inside.
- Click on the "Add" button to the left of each Artist Name that you would like this User Account to have access to.
- When all finished, click on the "Save" icon in the upper right corner of the window (it looks like a blue floppy disk).
- Click on the "Modify User" button to save your changes.
That's it. The next time the user logs in to their User Account, they will be able to "Switch Artists" to the Artist Accounts you assigned to their User Account.
