Im looking for a way to stop mobile users from downloading paid subscription files. Dont want to stop them from using mobile, but like them to have a paid subscription to download files. Im able to use my t-mobile mytouch 4G to download any song i want on my site without even loggin in.

Yes some smart phones will give you an choice of downloading the file or streaming? My phone has a pop up window and asked you do you want to listen online or download to SD card. Its download the whole songs.

The downloaded files I believe are a max of 96k bitrate for streaming on a mobile device I believe. So while they may get a downloaded song, the quality will not be that great.
