ok so I added a blog custom field called blog_test on both create and update as a select. My values are as listed below.

test|test
test1|test1

I then created a new blog from within quota 19 using the new custom form field set to test in the drop down and test category.

I created a test template so I could see the available values:

{jrCore_list module="jrBlog" order_by="_created desc" search1="profile_quota_id = 19" search2="blog_category = Test" template=$site_blogs_template pagebreak="10" page=$_post.p}
{debug}

When the debug comes back, the new value blog_test does not appear. I ran a query against the jr_jrblog_item_key and I see the key there and the correct value.

So why is it not appearing the the debug? What am I missing?

Thanks!

from what I see it looks like search2="blog_category = Test" should be search2="blog_test = test"

The root cause was a bad foreach loop in the row template.
