That is usually a run away sql query. It will go away after awhile. I saw this a lot on JR4 but never on JR5.

From the looks of it his user_name. Try removing the diacritical marks and see what happens.

There is a setting in the admin area to reset stats. Some people have hit that vs reset cache stats. My guess is someone reset stats vs resetting cache. Big difference between the two.
