The site's getting bigger and my most annoying aspect is that there are so many artists that sign up and don't follow through for whatever reason. This has been building up for years and the most obvious indication is the number of artists with no image. These accounts usually have no other info either, & I want to delete these en masse'.

Also, there are other ways I'd like to prune my site. For example, if someone has an email address that doesn't resolve, I want them outta here! Let them sign up again (or not). Is there a method to delete artists and members whose email addresses are no longer deliverable?

I'd rather stay small and cater to the clientele that actually use the site. It'll be cheaper in the long run, and better for those who actually use my service.

Anybody have any suggestions? I'm really not good with SQL so I'm kind of reluctant to try that unless someone has a foolproof instructional.

I wish JR had some really cool pruning tools. Maybe it does, but I'm just not aware?
