I can't remember which template to remove wibya toolbar from. I want to remove the wibiya toolbar from the bottom of all artist pages. I'm using the flashback template and I forgot where I put the code.

Have you checked in your themes/Flashback/theme_footer.tpl file already?

That would be my first guess.

I checked there, it's not there, I can't believe I can't find it.

You should be able to search for it via the Tools > Template Editor.

Its in the theme header. do a search for

if that fails do a search for <title> and its right above that.
