When a user posts a comment to a blog article posted by the admin, it only shows the number of comments (1, 2, etc.), but it doesn't show the actual comments on the page. User comments to anyone else's blog posts except the admin show fine.

Make sure your default images are in place. Make sure you update article_side.tpl

Ok.

As far as comments for admin blog posts, shouldn't the comments be showing. The comments shows for other member posts that have been commented on, but not when it's an article posted by the admin comments made are not showing. It does show that comments have been made based on the comment numbers and inside the admin panel, but the comments aren't showing on the page.

I dont believe you can comment on anything the admin adds since he doesn't actually have a profile or band id.

In the activity log seeing this error:

[n8FlashNotes.php] dbQuery() db error 1054: Unknown column 'delete_to' in 'field list' : UPDATE table_notes SET delete_to = '1' WHERE note_to_id = '555' AND note_from_id = '555' AND note_subject = 'comment' LIMIT 1

Here is the second error dealing with the flashgames table which I'm seeing numerous times which may be just a bug. The table does exist and scores are being calculated.
[index.php] jrGetCustomTableFields() invalid table received: table_n8FlashGames

After going through the activity log, I also spotted this after users stated that the alert is still showing that they have new comments in the sidebox although there are none in their inbox.

[n8FlashNotes.php] unable to update read status for note_id

Ive never seen that error. Seems the note was already deleted.

I have an update to n8FlashNotes that will set those notes from comments to "read". That should fix the "new comments" bug. This should only be needed on setup. But it will be there just in case.
