I'm having an issue of not being able to login at all to my installation.

Has anyone ever had this happen?

1: Attempted to login as admin
2: attempted to login as Artist
3: attempted login as fan/member

I had been working on adding content to the website when I was unable to log back in.

Any help would be appreciated.

Which version are you running?

If you are sure that you know your password and login for that specific domain, ignore the following link:

I don't know of any existing 4.0.9 problems that might cause this - perhaps try the reset in case anything has fubar-ed along the way. you might look at the ip reset as well just to rule that out.

SteveX thank a lot for your help but that has not resolved the problem.

Anyone else out there?

Try removing the changes you made and see if that helps.

I hit this issue just now on 4.2.5 after updating the db from the production server.

What fixed it was checking that the FTP login info was correct for the server then running the integrity check.

Make sure you follow this guide:

http://www.jamroom.net/Jamroom4_Change_MySQL_Password

and run the integrity check from the settings.php script - if you have corrupted tables, that will run a "repair" on them and if your session table was corrupted it will hopefully work again.

Hope this helps!

I am having problems logging into my Jamroom. I have to click on "Remember Me" to log in, but when I try to do any updates I get the following: Invalid Form Validation received - verify usage!

Now I can't login nor update my site. I tried every instructions for logging in but nothing works.

You'll need to send your admin user name and password as well as your FTP user name and password to support[at]jamroom.net so we can take a look.

Hope this helps,
Douglas
