Isn't Facebook Connect already handled by an official mod?

As for a "share" button can you expand on this?

Yes, but I am only saying what I'm sure everyone is thinking; which is these 2 functions should be combined (you'll have to work out the details on that one...). But, if nothing else a way to add your "sign in to xyz.com with you Facebook Log-in" link.

And as for the "share button", I guess I was not too clear there, sorry. I know there is currently a way to "invite friends", but seems like there could also be a way for people to post some version of it to there wall (see the little "share buttons on members walls).

yeah, I noticed that it did not reflect the song order. I set a song not to be shown in an Artist's profile, but it still showed in the FB thingy.

Song order and "show song" fields are now working..

Have emailed out a patch, if you have purchased and i missed you please PM

When I click on the "sign in to xyz.com" link on this page:
http://apps.facebook.com/xyzsite/?_fb_q=1

It brings me to that default page on my site, like: http://www.site2bannounced.com/index.php?t=artists

Could it be a .htaccess issue?

I noticed that most of the users still dont get it that they have to put it on their wall for full functionality.
Then i also noticed that if you wanna change the artist that is being supported,u have to do the search process twice.
Cheers.

I can confirm this on my setup. Have to search artists twice to get the artist to change.

Elric - Have emailed you the module.

RickAllen.. I'm hoping to get on the case tonight, i'll at least have a limit the number of songs so that it doesn't go off the bottom of the profile box.

I am unable to recreate the fault that you describe where the user has to select the artist twice.. if you could give step by steps on how to recreate it i will look into it.

Also have looked into the request for a scrollbar, unfortunately Facebook doesn't allow this but i have issued a workaround to all paid users.

Quick reminder PM me for purchase $25 for the module on its own, $35 if you want me to install it.

If the songs are limited to about 4 that should do it. If the profile pic were a little smaller, 5 might fit.

Regarding the double add issue, here are the steps:

1. While logged it I click on Change Artist in the app box on my wall.
2. I begin typing a band in the change artist box and select one from the suggestions.
3. Click on the submit button
4. FB is processing and page refreshes. The "You are currently supporting" band either doesn't change or goes blank.
5. repeat the process and the band actually changes on the change artist page.

Using FF, havn't tired IE8 since I've had issues on FB with that in the past.

Doesn't work in IE7 or IE8 at all.

elric, you might want to try deleting the app from facebook and then re-adding it. That cleared up some issues for me.

Hi Rick!

You've got the same bug.

Using IE8 in IE7 Compatibility Mode go here -
http://apps.facebook.com/michiganmonster/change.php

In the Search Box, type -
Trick of Shadow

Click the button -
The page refreshes/redirects a few times, comes back with: "Choose an Artist/Band
You haven't added a band to your profile yet, enter their name in the form below or browse the artists at our website http://www.michiganmonster.com"

No matter how many times.

Using JUST IE8 -

The Search Field is slow to load, and when it does, disappears after typing a few letters. I suspect it's got something to do with the "bsn.AutoSuggest_c_2.0.js" AJAX function. It seems that you can make the field visible by selecting all on the page, but disappears again until you select all. When you finally do find a the band, and submit, the same thing happens as when it is in Compatibility Mode...

So...this part of the function is broken.
