I know that templates , skins etc is for different settings.

however, i think it should be in a future release, to simply have the option of selecting one overall "theme", forcing the script to point to ONE directory for all its needs.

As it is now, its a big aXX task to set it all up. Is there any easy way for me to use what i did for the /skins dir, everywhere else on the site?

I want everything to look like that. My furniture, my house, my cat. And hopefully someone will help me figure out how to apply it to the rest of my site.

The Cobalt skin and theme are actually somewhat integrated like this. For example, if you look at the header.tpl file in the cobalt theme, it actually gets most of its content from the jr_overall_header.tpl in the Cobalt skin. As long as you are just offering one theme, and it matches your skin, you can set it up the same way as the Cobalt skin/theme. The skin works by itself, but the theme actually many templates from the skin.
