this is by design - if you modify an item on a profile that is not your own, the activity stream for the site you updated is not updated as if you were them.

but when you are the admin and is creating the profiles you should be able to write on the walls.

Can you fix this so admin who created the artist profiles be able to write on the walls

There are no plans to change this behavior - we feel tat the admin posting to a user's wall (effectively impersonating the user) is not the right move to make. Admin users should be a "silent" moderator when it comes to modifications to profiles that are not their own.
