Support,

Since upgrading to Jamroom 4.1.1 there appear to be several problems or at least changes I am unfamiliar with.

New registrations appear to no longer have the option to signup as an "artist" account.

The system says it has sent an email after registration but no email is sent.

It signs up new members under an "array" theme even though the default is Proton2

Here is an example:

A new YouEmerge.com A Nola International Company Artist has signed up!

User ID: 427
User Name: All Users 2
User E-Mail: stanleykelman@gmail.com
New Quota: Artist Quota (Quota ID 1)

Artist Name: All Users 2
Artist Theme: Array

The New User signed up from the following IP Address:
216.70.185.188

--------------------------------------------
YouEmerge.com A Nola International Company

The Signup System in Jamroom 4.1.0 was modified to make it so you no longer need to edit templates for it to work:

Make sure you are using the latest Proton template from Oinkba.

Hope this helps!

Why then did I not receive the email confirmation the system said it sent at the conclusion of my registration?

We are using the latest Proton2 template from Oinkba.

There are many reasons why email may not be sent:

If you are running the latest version of the Proton2 template, then Oinkba will need to update their templates to work with the new signup system, so I would recommend opening a ticket with them.

Thanks!
