The admin sees a list of all the posts in the system along with who made them. Its provides one location to keep an eye on what is going on.
If one user looks like all they are posting is links, adverts and spam, the admin can delete this user along with all their posts in one go.
BE CAREFUL!!! There are no checks with this module. Click the button on the wrong user and they and all their stuff is gone. Gone.
