This error will occur when the configuration you have entered for the radio station cannot retrieve any songs from the Jamroom Database that match your configuration. Possible causes for this include:

You have no songs in your Jamroom (ensure you have some songs in your Jamroom).

The Artists that DO have songs in your Jamroom are not allowed to have their songs included in Radio Stations (ensure the “No Radio Songs” option is not set to yes in their Jamroom Quota).

There are no songs that match the radio type selected. Ensure that there are song files that match the radio station type.
